POOL REMINDERS
Please take time to review the pool rules posted at the pool and ask your children or guests to follow them. Our lifeguards are there for the safety of the swimmers and not to discipline those who refuse to follow the rules. Soft pool toys are okay but hard toys like torpedoes are prohibited. Any homeowner has the right to approach offenders and ask them to leave. If you feel uncomfortable in doing so, please contact any pool committee member or board member. To Schedule Pool Parties: Contact Kelly Prude (886-5635). The pavilion will also be available for fall parties after the pool has closed. Read and sign the contract and return with deposit check 2 weeks prior to party date. Dates are filling up fast - do not wait. Each home is allowed 4 guests per tag-any more is considered a party and must be booked ahead and the homeowner must accompany all guests. Remember to clean up the pavilion after your party. There are cleaning supplies in the kitchen.

GARAGE SALE
The fall garage sale is September 17. There’s still plenty of time to get ready!
LOOSE
PETS
Recently, while on a walk, one of your neighbors was bitten by another neighbor’s loose dog. Please keep your dog leashed or behind the fence at all times. Loose dogs are not only a neighborhood covenant violation, but also a violation of the city ordinance. Cats are also causing disturbances. There are two reports of cats coming into resident’s homes uninvited. One cat tore out a screen to an open window and another came into a garage and up the attic stairs. Both residents were startled to find the “cat burglars” and also incurred substantial expenses for repairs and cat removal. If a loose animal bothers you, do not hesitate to call animal control at 864-1126. There are still numerous complaints about dog poop and the owners who don’t clean up the mess. Please be considerate of others!
SECOND REMINDER
ALL trash containers (even small ones) must be kept out of sight from neighboring properties or the street unless it is a collection day.
